
Yoga
Our Yoga classes can be performed in a meeting room or as “Desk Yoga”, depending on time and space availability. Our office Yoga is perfect for beginners and suitable for all levels. We work on an all-body stretch to target those common repetitive strain areas and to strengthening postures. We focus on slow movements, breath work and stress relief. The Yoga sessions can also be combined with our Meditation workshops.
Fitness
Bring the Gym to the workplace. We will transform the meeting room or any other unused room to a space for letting steam out and become a healthier, more energetic workforce. The exercise will be adapted to suit the space, fitness levels and goals of the group. Our instructors specialise in CIRCUIT (A whole-body, fun and upbeat class) or TONING (A low-impact class to tone and strengthen all areas of the body).
